    • You have at least 3 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations   

    • You have good knowledge of MS Office

    What you will do?

    • Be a part of the entire employee life cycle from talent acquisition to exit formalities

    • Be a part of the end-to-end process of talent acquisition and recruitment for positions across different levels.

    • Manage resource planning, creating job descriptions, sourcing profiles from multiple channels, shortlisting, conducting 1st round of interviews, database management of current candidates and salary negotiation, sharing offer letters, etc

    • Conduct the induction process and build a positive onboarding experience for all the employees

    • Suggest and organise training for teams in coordination with the Mumbai team

    • Actively support in team’s grievance redressals to maintain good relations. 

    • Be involved in managing and implementing relevant HR policies for the company

    • Coordinate and communicate actively with the other teams in the organisation to implement best practices

    • Be proactive in taking initiatives across verticals

    • Actively be in touch with the Mumbai team and be a part of creating monthly calendars, conceptualization and managing end-to-end execution of #CheerSquad engagement activities. The activities conducted in Mumbai would be replicated in the Bangalore office.  

    • Actively coordinate with the team in Mumbai and implement the initiatives in tandem with the Mumbai team

    • Manage the exit formalities & procedures
